Itinerary
Day 1
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Drive time: ~2 hours
Start your journey with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, home to Tanzania’s largest elephant population, and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive, looking out for lions, zebras, giraffes, and many bird species.
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Overnight: Mto wa Mbu or Tarangire Public Campsite
Day 2
Tarangire – Central Serengeti (via Ngorongoro Highlands)
Drive time: ~6–7 hours with game en route
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, passing through the lush Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive in the Central Serengeti in time for an afternoon game drive in the Seronera Valley, where predator sightings are common.

Overnight: Seronera Public Campsite (Central Serengeti)
Day 3
Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day exploring the endless Serengeti plains, tracking herds of wildebeests and zebras, and spotting big cats like cheetahs and lions. Optional early morning balloon safari (extra cost).

Day 4
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Enjoy one last early morning game drive in Serengeti, followed by breakfast. Begin your journey toward Ngorongoro, with more wildlife viewing on the way. Optional stop at Olduvai Gorge or a Maasai village.

Overnight: Simba Campsite (Ngorongoro Crater Rim)
Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Karatu
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in one of the world’s most concentrated wildlife destinations. Spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch before ascending and heading to Karatu for a relaxed evening.

Day 6
Karatu – Return to Arusha
After breakfast, enjoy a slow morning and optional stop at local markets or cultural walk in Mto wa Mbu (on request). Then, drive back to Arusha, where the tour ends.
