Day 1 - Arrival & pick up

Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha

Drive Time: 1.5 hours
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your driver-guide and transferred to your lodge. In the evening, your guide will provide a safari briefing, review your itinerary, and answer any questions to ensure you are well prepared for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2 - Arusha

Arusha – Arusha National Park

Drive Time: 1-2 hours

After a relaxed breakfast and slow morning, depart for Arusha National Park, renowned for its diverse landscapes, including lush montane forests, open grasslands and sparkling lakes. Here , there’s great opportunities to spot giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, colobus monkeys, and a variety of birdlife.

Day 3 - Tarangire

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Drive Time: 3 hours

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Here, you may encounter elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species.

Day 4 - ngorongoro conservation area & crater

Mto wa Mbu – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After an early breakfast, depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries. Here, you’ll have the chance to spot the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the endangered black rhinoceros—alongside hippos, hyenas, zebras, wildebeest, and an abundance of birdlife.

Day 5 - end of safari and drop off
