Day 1
Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
Drive time: ~2.5 hours
After breakfast in Arusha, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, thousands of flamingos, lush forest canopies, and hippo-filled lakes. Enjoy a private game drive through this stunning ecosystem, with a gourmet picnic in the wild.
Later, transfer to your luxury lodge nestled in the Karatu highlands, just outside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Optional add-on: Afternoon visit to a local village or coffee farm for a taste of local life.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive
Enjoy a sunrise breakfast and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the best places in Africa to spot the Big Five, especially black rhinos and large lion prides. This collapsed volcanic caldera is home to over 25,000 animals, including elephants, zebras, buffalo, hippos, and flamingos.
Enjoy a gourmet crater-floor picnic before ascending and returning to your luxurious retreat. Spend the evening enjoying a massage, sipping wine by the fireplace, or simply soaking in the views.

Day 3
Karatu – Return to Arusha
